A clean result is a strong positive signal but not an absolute guarantee — a brand-new malicious site may not yet be flagged by any of the 70+ vendors this tool checks against.
How often should I re-scan a site I run?
Weekly is a reasonable baseline for an active website, and immediately after any plugin, theme, or CMS update, since compromised third-party code is a common infection vector.
